As a site contractor, Contour Construction works within DEC SPDES regulations to develop and maintain innovative Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans on all projects. Contour crews do not start a job without implementing the environmental remediation necessary for the project. On all job sites, each Contour crew is provided with its own emergency response equipment, including a spill response kit for every site, to ensure immediate and effective responses to potential environmental hazards.
All pieces of our heavy construction equipment are repaired and maintained by our affiliated company, MAG Enterprises. Equipment is kept in top condition to maximize fuel efficiency and ensure emissions meet all state and federal standards. Our equipment operates with pollution-control devices and sound-suppression systems to reduce both air and noise pollution.
