I81 and Route 3, Watertown, NY - NYSDOT
Award $33,652,823.73.  The reconstruction of Rte 3 and I81 with a new Rte 3 bridge replacement over I81 in the City of Watertown.  Project includes the full reconstruction of 1.50 miles of Rte 3 through Watertown's business district.  The reconstruction includes new underground storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain with the majority of work being performed at night. A new seven lane bridge will be constructed which will carry Rte 3 traffic over I81 with the existing bridge being demolished in multiple phases.  Rte 3 will also receive a newly reconstructed pavement section of subbase and asphalt with new sidewalks, curb, landscaping, and street lighting lining the corridor.  I81 work includes approximately .80 miles of milling and asphalt resurfacing and .60 miles of full reconstruction with a new subbase and asphalt pavement section.  I81 work also includes the installation of three new box culverts, one of which is placed directly under the existing/new Rte 3 bridge over I81.  This project also utilized a computer generated three dimensional machine control model which guides our GPS dozers and laser guided grader but with this project Lancaster Development added excavator machine control to our GPS fleet.  The excavator machine control will assist in the excavation of the extensive underground work and perform the extremely sensitive task of excavating in close proximity of existing underground utilities with efficiency and precision.
Stewart Airport Newburgh - NYSDOT
Award $49,973,637.39.  Stewart Airport access improvement, four bridges to be constructed.  Project includes clearing, excavation, embankment, construction of a new east-west connector to Stewart from Drury Lane.  The project also includes wetland mitigation, paving, construction of MSES walls, installation of new and rehabilitation of old drainage structures, and the installation of utility facilities.  This project is utilizing a computer generated three dimensional machine control model.  This machine control model is used to guide our five dozers that are equipped with GPS guidance and our laser guided grader.
I90 Albany - NYSDOT
Award $43,985,312.09
I90 pavement rehabilitation and bridge replacement in the City of Albany.  Project includes the rehabilitation of existing concrete pavement and resurfacing with asphalt, and replacement of the CSX bridge over Conrail.  The completion of the roadwork phase was accelerated using an innovative fixed position night lighting system and closed road detours.  These two Value Engineering proposals generated a huge savings of time and dollars constructing the project, and a much safer construction zone environment for both the workers and the traveling public.
Utica - NYSDOT
Award $33,392,750.34
Construction of Route 840 (Judd Road connector) in the Town of New Hartford.  Project included site clearing, excavation, embankment, paving, construction of 4 new bridges, wetland mitigation, construction of retention ponds, erection of sound barrier wall, and the construction of a bike path over existing railroad bed.  This project was one of the first projects for New York State Dept of Transportation that utilized a computer generated three-dimensional machine control model.  This machine control model was used to guide our five dozers that are equipped with GPS guidance and our laser guided grader.
Route 167 Little Falls - NYSDOT
Award $16,803,297.90
Replacement of Route 167 bridges over the Mohawk barge canal, CSX rail, and Route 5 in the City of Little Falls.  Project included excavation, embankment, paving, MSES wall construction, existing bridge demolition, waterline and storm sewer installations, and the construction of two bridges.
Town of Cicero - WalMart site contract
Award $5,695490.45
Preparation of site for new WalMart construction and Rt. 11 road reconstruction.  Project included clearing, excavation, embankment, drainage, sewer and waterline installation, and the construction and paving of the parking lot.
Town of Schoharie Reservoir
Award $1,091,500.00
Construction of a 46MG earthen raw water holding pond.  Project included site clearing, excavation, embankment, intake tower with footbridge, waterline installation, storm drain, wetland creation, establishing turf and construction of gravel access road.
Whitney Point Rest Area Reconstruction - NYSDOT
Award $4,644,175.95
Rest area reconstruction in the Town of Lisle.  Project included excavation, embankment, paving, waterline connection to municipality water and septic installation.
Route 10 Hobart - NYSDOT
Award $5,491,688.85
The replacement of two bridges and asphalt concrete reconstruction on Rte 10, a length of 6.90km in the Towns of Kortright and Stamford.  Project included excavation, embankment, paving, cold milling, two precast reinforced PCC span unit bridges, storm drainage improvements, establishing turf, wetland plants and topsoil.  This project was designed for completion in 2 years, but with an aggressive work schedule the job was completed in one year.
I88 Duanesburg - NYSDOT
Award $7,333,456.55
Pavement rehabilitation of 11.50km of I88 in the Town of Duanesburg.  Project included excavation, paving, diamond grinding of concrete pavement, concrete pavement repairs, underdrain drainage improvements, establishing turf.  This project was also designed to be completed in two years.  With the submittal of a Value Engineering proposal, the project was completed in one year and the safety of the traveling public and the construction workers was improved with the closed road detours.
Route 7 Central Bridge - NYSDOT
Award $3,572,036.05
Replacement of Route 7 bridge over the Schoharie Creek in the Town of Schoharie.  Project included demolition of existing dual span steel truss bridge, excavation, embankment, paving, erection of a dual span steel girder with concrete deck bridge, storm drainage improvements, and establishing turf.
I890 Schenectady - NYSDOT
Award $18,290,163.70
Reconstruction of 5.90 miles of I890 in Schenectady and the towns of Rotterdam and Guilderland.  Project included excavation, paving, rehabilitation of twelve bridges, drainage improvements, concrete median barrier, and turf establishment.
Utica Memorial Parkway
Award $6,887,312.60
Rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Utica Memorial Parkway from Bennett Street to Sherman Drive in the City of Utica.  Project included excavation, embankment, paving, cold milling, construction of two retaining walls, storm drainage improvements, concrete sidewalks, landscaping.
I90 Rensselaer - NYSDOT

Asphalt concrete resurfacing of 11.30 km of I90 in the City of Rensselaer, towns of East Greenbush, North Greenbush, and Schodack.  Project includes excavation, paving, edgedrain drainage improvements, concrete median barrier, and establishing turf.
