Description

The Human Resource Administrator is responsible coordination and administration of hiring, training, corporate policy compliance and employee record keeping.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Onboarding of new employees, including sign-up, pre-employment drug testing and performing background checks.
Coordination and administration of the company's Local Hiring policy.
Coordination of the company's Apprenticeship Training programs.
Managing the company's random drug testing program.
Working with the Safety Manager to ensure compliance with all company policy's for training, safety and record keeping.
Other duties as assigned.

Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy with excellent organization skills.

Pre-Hire & Workplace Requirements:
MUST PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING., Must be able to multi-task and accommodate multiple requests effectively., Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team., Must be able to communicate well with management, crew and project owners’ representatives.
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required., Strong math, written and verbal communication skills are required., An advanced degree is a plus.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills are required., Strong data entry skills are required., 3-5+ years of business administration experience or demonstrated equivalent is preferred., Strong PC/Microsoft Office skills (including MS Excel/MS Word) are required.
Driver's License:
Must have valid driver's license, good driving record required.
